Ezekiel 36:26

These ugly dreams feign glory on my fantasy planet
The people smile with ice in their eyes
A manifestation of man-made parts, factory hearts...

A robot hand with flesh that slits the soul sucks on smog
While manufactured majesty screams and moans in bereaved ecstasy

From beneath the sound of tossing bones comes a whisper silent, sweet
Unafraid
Unashamed
A heart of flesh and fidelity

It stands on an inverted pedestal and lifts us with melodies that drift up to thirsty ears

Beautifully flawed, they know the savour of grace
Imperfections taunt, but they've lived full, laughed from the belly...

Oh steady heart, make Me Flesh Too.
